Stress plays a pretty big role in the lives of many; and though some choose to suffer through it; there are ways that you can reduce the presence of it in your life. Exercise is one of those things that can help you get rid of some of the stress in your life.

Rather than reach for the chocolate when you get stressed, think of something you enjoy doing. It might be working in the garden, taking a slow bike ride or taking a walk with a friend.
Rhythmic activities like walking, raking leaves or even cleaning can be healing exercises. As your body gets into its own rhythms, you can let your mind go and work out problems.
When jumping into exercise, take baby steps before you jump head first. Sometimes 30 minutes of an activity may feel overwhelming when your energy is low, and you may decide to only take a 10 minute walk.
Cutting your time short is okay, and chances are, you will start to feel more energetic and will keep going. Choose activities that require very little preparation like walking, gardening, cleaning the house or some gentle stretching.
Remember that it is okay to ask for support. Try to get a friend or family member to meet you once a week for a walk in the park or a local fitness class.
Knowing someone is waiting for you gives you more motivation to get going. If you tend to stay more sedentary when you feel blue, going from sitting to something active can seem like a big jump.
Give yourself 5 or 10 minutes to get your body moving a bit before exercise. Take some time to stretch or simply walk around the house a bit.
Give yourself extra time to warm up if you are doing a high intensity activity like running or aerobics. Allow your body all the time it needs to get warm and allow your heart rate to climb gently.
It is always a good idea to end your workout feeling good, so give yourself some time to cool down as well. Getting some strength training and cardio into your day can help perk you up, but you may also need some time to do more soothing activities like Yoga.
Yoga is a great way to quiet your mind and relax your body. There are different ways to practice yoga; some vigorous and others relaxing.
Pilates is another option that forces you to concentrate on what your body is doing while helping you work on core strength, stability and flexibility. Meditation can force you to find the time and patience to relax you mind and body.
Meditation does not have to be complicated or some kind of spiritual experience; you can simply stop to breathe for a few minutes to relax. There are also health benefits to laughing; which you can try by just being happy or scheduling time to practice your chuckle.
You may want to schedule a massage to reduce stress. If this is not an option, try soaking in a hot bath and reading a book when you get a quiet minute to yourself.

This had been proven by scientific development of our world. Thus in most advanced and developed society, every possible care is taken in education sector applications.
Are we in India caring for this vital aspect of human being? This story is a little effort to discuss the national education with special reference to one of the leading and progressive state named Haryana.
According to 2001 census the population of largest democracy of the world was 1027015247. The managing of this huge population is a specialized job. To do this it required extra accuracy and farsightedness approach. Education is among first thrust, which need to be carefully managed, because it is directly linked to development of nation.
In 2002 India had 199144199 students starting from class 1 to higher education level. It means 19.3% of population was of student community.
Government and NGO's are working hard to expand the area of education in the country, but their efforts are not yielding up to mark satisfaction.
In India in 2002 there were 113883060 students in primary school level. In middle school level numbers of students were 44828235. That means 69% of primary school students' left their studies before or after fifth class. The facts and figures are similar in every year.
In same year (2002) there were 44828235 it mans 55% of student in middle school level whereas the number of high school students 20053986 who gave up their school bags after eight class. Continue to this process 48% of students left their studies from high school level to secondary level.
But here in last I am very surprised to see that after 10+2 level study gives up cases has drastically come down to 5%. This statistics clearly indicate that if student reaches primary level his or her probability of leaving school is 61%. If students cross first barrier (primary level) and reach to middle school then his percentage of leaving come down to 55%. Further after 10th standard to secondary levels this percentage further come down to 48%. Finally if he / she get passed 10+2 exam, the percentage to achieve higher education / professional education is 95%, which is very high as comparative to primary and middle level. These facts and figures clearly indicate that primary to middle classes are studies leaving prone classes.
Are these studies leaving the prone classes targeted by our education planners? . Answer is clearly no. This is very evident from following statistics.
In primary school level student / teacher ratio in India is 59:1, for middle class it was 31:1, whereas in 10+2 level it was 17:1 in 2002.In comparison to above after 10+2 level education there are 272 universities, 8737 colleges (general), 838 technology/ engineering college, 725 medical college, 846 teacher training colleges, 5462 polytechnic and it is and 1175 teacher training schools. This type planning will show its effects on society because knowledge level of population will be of high contrast. This will lead to fragmentation of that society which is already fragmented in the name of religion, caste and creeds. In this situation, the Education will work reversibly. This can be averted by making middle level focused education policy.
So emphasis of our education policy should be on study leaving prone classes.i.e.5th to 8th classes. The environment and education should be planned in such manner that student of these classes does not leave their studies in want of school are money. If the quantum of the students increases in 10+2 level then there will be more and more talents available for higher studies. This will not only enhance the level of knowledge among all sections of society in equilibrium but also give up maximum opportunities to maximum. This will show results in quality of higher study level. In which 50% of education budgets are invested. Take the case of Haryana in education. This small state has done commendable work as compare to other states of India. But due to non-practical approach of education planning, as in national education policy results are not up to the mark. Student teacher ratio in primary level was 39:1 as compare to national student teacher ratio 59:1 in 2002.
For middle classes this ratio in state was 33:1 in contrast to national average 31:1. Here one point is to mention this state was created on 1st nov.1966. The above student teacher ratio for the corresponding year was 43:1 and 30:1 for primary and middle classes respectively. Education budget at the creation of state in 1966 was merely 277.2 Lac rupees. Which reached 138429.51 Lac was invested which was 55.7% of total money allocated to education.
Thus after this statistics of one of the pioneer states of India one can guess situations in UP, Bihar, Orrisa and rest of other states of country.
To make mind blowing and not blowing quantum of the student is directly linked to excellence in education. Money and personals are here only precise planning is required.

Once you have prepared your forge, take a long piece of steel and heat it up. If you are just starting out, you'll want to start things off with a tanto sized bar of AISI 1050 steel. This will create a Katana of knife size. Once you get the hang of things you can attempt a customary Katana. Warm your bar of steel till it glows orange and red. The heat will make the steel soft enough to hammer down. Overcooking your metal bar may ruin your work. You'll know things are getting too hot when the bar burns yellow or white. If you see sparks, that is pieces of steel being burned away.
Flatten out your piece of metal by hammering it down on one side. Next, you will want to create the tip of your Katana. To do this, heat the side of the bar you want the tip to be. Once it is thoroughly heated in the forge, hammer off a diagonal piece. The diagonal should create a pointy tip on your steel bar. Afterwards, take the bar and lay it on its edge with the tip pointing towards the ceiling. Hammer down the point till it is firmly aligned with the bar's spine. This will create a sharp edge as well as direct the steel's grain. Continue flattening the blade on both sides till the metal becomes thin.
Opposite of the tip is the tang. The Katana tang is the bottom of the blade that is fashioned with a holding grip. A samurai sword tang should be one third of your entire blade. Create your tang by filing down the end of your blade on both edges. You will want to file the bottom until it has shape similar to a "V". You don't want the bottom to have a sharp point, simply a shape easy to fashion a grip to will suffice.
After filing your tang, submerge your blade in vermiculite for eight hours. Vermiculity is a saw dust like material that is popular amongst blacksmiths for cooling metal. The name comes from the look of the material which resembles vermicelli pasta. Once your blade is successfully cooled, you can begin coating your Katana with clay. The clay used to coat samurai swords is a mixture of red pottery clay, sodium hydroxide and some water. This is ground down and painted on fifty percent of the blade's surface. Put on a coat of no more than two millimeters and make sure not to trap in any air bubbles or dents. Once coated, heat the blade until the sword has a low red glow. Make sure you don't overheat the Katana at this step. If you have trouble seeing the red glow then dim the lights or use a dark bucket.
The clay coat allows the blade to be further cooled at two different speeds. The uncoated part will cool faster making it harder. The process is called martensite and happens when steel, which is made from iron and carbon, changes temperatures rapidly. Martensite is how Katanas get their curve. Repeat the process to get an even meaner curve on your sword.
Use a hard piece of material to scrap off the remaining clay. When that is done, you will need to polish your hand-crafted Katana. It is known that traditional Japanese sword making apprentices train up to ten years before they can truly polish samurai swords. The ritualistic process includes special Japanese stones that vary in grittiness. With water one uses these stones against the blade to clean it of imperfections. Starting with the least gritty stones and working up to the grittiness ones, Japanese Katana polishing can be back breaking labor. Though, nothing worth anything was easy. In several of the articles I've written, I have bemoaned the fact that our children are not being taught properly and that we are spawning a dumbing down of America. Some of my major points have been that there may come a time when we have no electricity and therefore, no capability of using our cell phones, computers, and a myriad of other electronic devices. I was less concerned about our timesaving conveniences and more concerned about our children not being able to function without the gadgets they depend on.
Recently, I ran across an article that detailed the new vision of schools. One of the high schools has done away with textbooks because the content is entirely digital. They are trying to combine online courses with face to face instruction. One of the high school principals was quoted as saying, "To be educating kids with a blackboard and chalk in an age where you don't have to memorize the 50 capitals of the 50 states because you can Google it really quickly."
This thinking is so flawed that it's no wonder our children are getting mentally lazy. There is a lot to be said for being able to memorize things. The old expression is true: use it or lose it. If you don't use your memory every day, eventually you won't be able to recall important details that might be crucial to your life. Not everything is on Google; some things you just have to store in your head for future use.
I remember reading a book about a soldier who had returned from war. He was injured in an explosion and had lost all his facial features. He couldn't talk or hear so he had no way to communicate what he was feeling. As he laid in the hospital bed, the only thing that still functioned was his mind and he suffered enormous frustration because he realized that he had never used it. He hadn't read any books and hadn't been interested in learning anything and now he had endless years ahead of him with nothing to occupy his mind. He kept wishing that he had memorized something so that he could have something to think about instead of this vast wasteland of nothingness. The book had an enormous affect on me and from that point on, I kept testing my memory on everything I read and heard.
Since children are no longer required to memorize facts and store thousands of pieces of information in their heads, we must now take responsibility for producing a generation of children who have to be entertained by expensive gadgets and who will have difficulty functioning without them.
We have only to look at what is happening in Japan to see that our children might not be able to cope with surviving natural disasters. As of yesterday, one of the newscasts said there were 5.6 million homes with no electricity. Simply put, they can't use their computers or get on the Internet. They can't use their cell phones and they can't text anyone for answers to personal or business problems. If the Japanese children had been educated as poorly as American children, they wouldn't even have learned how to write in longhand so they couldn't document what has happened and how it has affected them.
For the people in Japan, whose children are still being taught traditional skills, they have an edge. If they have a flashlight, they can still read a book, write a letter, calculate their expenses, and take care of whatever odds and ends that one can accomplish in the dark.
For the people in America, most things would come to a standstill. Our children are being taught to read things on a computer screen rather than in books. Anyone who has a love of reading will tell you that your comprehension is more acute when your eyes are looking down at a printed page than looking up at that same page. Whenever I have had to edit a book or someone has edited one of my books, we have always commented on the fact that we have to do a printout of the pages so that we can look down at the pages to catch the mistakes. The publisher of the newspaper who printed my weekly Advice column must have used his computer to edit his column because one day, his headline in bold print declared that someone whom he admired was his "roll" model.
In keeping with the new vision of education, the old saying has become the new philosophy: "The more you study, the more you learn. The more you learn the more you know. The more you know the more you forget. The more you forget the less you know. So why bother to study?"

Efficient time management is actually one of the decisive factors in successful managing stress. Some people tend to forget this and keep looking other ways to get rid their stress. If you manage your time inefficiently, you may feel overwhelmed by the amount of activities you have to do. Managing your time is really simple. Basically you need to prioritize your works according to their importance, and, don't forget, always find moment to take a break to refresh between works. You may also keep your own organizational method you like most, be it notes or detailed descriptions in an agenda.
When you are working toward goals with agenda in your hand, things will run smoothly since your plan is in place. For sure, mistakes in managing time are usual, but the key to success is learning from your fault. It is important that you make a plan and carrying out the task as soon as possible. This is putting your plans into action. Action is the process of making something work, and everybody in the world will agree that seeing something done is really a relaxing experience. It means, doing our plan will at the same time reduce our stress too.
