The trick to healthy living is making small changes and of course living more frugally ... taking more steps, adding fruit to your cereal, drinking extra glass of water (not soda), etc. These are just some ways you can start living healthy without costy changes.
One of the biggest problems today is the lack of activity. We know it's good for us to ride motorcycle or driving car, but then we are accustomed to sedentary life. walking is cheap and frugal, a car or even luxury car is expensive, for sure. Actually, your body movements are part of health and the more you do exercise, you will be more healthy. Even moderate activities such as prunning thee grass, gardening and walking can make a difference.
Just adding a little movement you can:
Reduce the risk of heart disease, stroke and diabetes
Enhance joint stability
Increase and improve outreach movement
Helps maintain flexibility as you age
Maintaining bone mass
Prevent osteoporosis and fractures
Improve mood and reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression
Improve memory in elderly people
Reduce stress. If you are stressed or depressed, the simple thing to begin recover your condition is: exercise. More about stress and exercise, here.
Simple Ways to Move Your Body
You can start the process by adding a little more activity your life. If you are not ready for a structured program, start small. Any small amounts and it all adds up to burn more calories.
Turn off the TV. Once a week, turn off the TV and do something a little more physical with your family. Play games, take a walk ... almost anything would be more active than sitting on the couch. And you save electrical bill.
Walk more. Look for small ways to walk more. When you get a letter, take a walk around the block, take the dog for an extra outing each day or walk on your treadmill for 5 minutes before getting ready for work. You save gasoline or busfare, right? And youll feel the experience of exciting life too.
Perform some tasks. Shoveling snow, gardening, raking leaves, sweeping the floor ... this kind of activity may not be 'strong' exercises, but they can get you moving while getting your house in order. You save a lot without getting flu, etc.
Make a list of all the physical activities you do on a typical day. If you find that most of the time you spend sitting, make another list all the ways you can move more and simply- get up every hour to stretch or walk, walk on the stairs at work, and you will enjoy how simple is your life without many disturbances.

1. Don't take in the information junks coming from everywhere. News, gossip, etc. are not always important enough for us. They sometimes just clogged our head with worry and the image of the bad world. Too much watching TV will make us forget how good this life is to us. By filtering information about the world, we indeed can make it a better place to live!
2. I have a packet of fancy oldies accessories I never wear since years ago. Now I know finally that I will never wear them, simply I don't need those things. Yeap, if we think about it, we will find that we can clean out the clutter. They may hold nostalgic value or else, indeed, but the reality is you won't use it any more. You can scan them, take pics of them, document them, but the junk is ready to be thrown, or donated, or for a garage sale.
3. If you find yourself mesmerised by those programs in TV sets, take a distance. Take a break, outdoor, or cross country, or (theres so many things outside there). Of course, you can't easily forget the mesmerizing romance minutes of that soap opera, everyday. With all those things, take a break! From a distance, you'll know and experience a better day without them.
4. Make a vacant time in-between your agenda. You may need to learn to do nothing. It can be relieving and relaxing when become your daily life. Don't jam your time with minute to minute appointment, work things, etc without a real blank spaces.
5. Make a room inside yourself for simplicity. You don't need to be a bearded hermit to find your inner peace; just spend a little time every day for meditating, walking at a beach in the morning, or just praying in silence to God, or just lying or sitting alone at the porch with your own self and a glass of tea.

Talking about happy life, one research found that when human being were especially focused on goals that pertained to money and possessions, they were less happy. This is really the opposite of what consumer society inform us.
Some people call this simple lifestyle as "voluntary simplicity," which basically means opting for a less materialistic life. Instead of spending the holiday time in front of a television or a computer game, a voluntary simplifier might plant the vegetables in his/her garden to be cooked the next month.
Talking psychologically, living simple means we rearrange our psychological needs. This really means money is not on the top. Indeed we prioritize those things like safety/security/faith, feel like you'll survive with enough clothes, food/water, and shelter (in ancient Javanese parole: sandang pangan papan); then efficacy/ability, feeling like you are able to do the things you need. You alos need relatedness, feels like you have close relationships with other people. Another need is freedom or autonomy, concerrning with feeling that you do something because you choose it, not because someone forced you to do it. By going back to basic needs, we can meditate which one is essential or not in our daily life.
Walking the talk, the first thing you may try is: slowing down and enjoy whatever you do, whether it’s typing, cooking, taking bath: just slow down. Pay attention, but not concentrating or thinking. Be here and now, be in the moment. You may enjoy all of these as meditative steps. You may find it not easy at first, as you will often forget. However, almost all activity will be enjoyable if you give proper attention. Day by day, slowly, you begin to aware how many activities can be simplified to just several basic ones, and things will more enjoyable.

Creating an attitude of gratitude is one of the easiest steps we can take to improve our lives. The happiness that we create for ourselves by showing our appreciation has far-reaching effects, both for ourselves and for those we come into contact with. The potential for gratitude to spread beyond those people also increases significantly – it can be highly contagious. There are so many different ways that we can express an attitude of gratitude. Here are just a few:Say “thank you”. This is the most basic and well-known way to show appreciation to others. Saying “thank you” is a great way to express your gratitude and can be done in several different forms. You can say it in person, over the phone, in a note, or in an email. Using this when it’s least expected can have significant results in lifting someone’s spirits. For example, a quick note to your child’s teacher thanking her for her hard work and patience might give her the boost of energy that she needs right when she needs it most. You may never know what effect this has had on her, but it will have an effect.Stop complaining about your life. Even as tough as life can be sometimes, remember that there is always someone that has things worse than you do. Constant complaining about what is wrong in your life will keep you focused on that. The opposite is true as well – focusing on what is right in your life will keep you focused on that. Focusing on the negative will bring you down while focusing on the positive will lift you up.Focus on what you have, not what you don’t have. This is very closely related to not complaining about your life. Being grateful for what you do have keeps you in a positive place, whereas focusing on what you don’t have keeps you in a negative place. Focusing on what you do have, regardless of how little or how much that may be, is a great expression of gratitude.Model your attitude. Modeling your attitude of gratitude is a great way to spread it to others. We’ve all heard the Golden Rule to “treat others the way you want to be treated”. Showing your appreciation to others shows them that you like to be treated this way too. An attitude of gratitude can be quite infectious!Be satisfied with simple things and be mindful of little things. Being grateful for the little things in our lives is just as important (if not, more so) than being grateful for the big things. Our lives are filled with little things every day that we can be grateful for. What about that front row parking spot you found when you were running late? Or the beautiful weather outside? How about the store clerk that went out of her way to help you? This may take a little practice, but there are many little things throughout the day that we can be grateful for if we take the time to notice them.Give to someone else. This is the best way to spread your gratitude of attitude. There are so many different ways to give to someone else. You could volunteer your time to help those less fortunate or give you time to children by mentoring them. The possibilities are endless but could make a huge difference in someone’s life without you evening knowing it. If they in turn give to someone else, the cycle could continue without end.Keep a gratitude journal. Let’s just be honest here: there are some days when it is hard to find anything to be grateful for. Keeping a gratitude journal can help with that. There are preprinted journals so you can just fill in the blanks or you can make your own. The important thing is to find at least 5 things each day to be grateful for, no matter how big or small those things are. A gratitude journal can serve two purposes: it will help you stop and remember what you are grateful for or it can serve as inspiration on days when you find it difficult to find anything to be grateful for by reading over past days.Practice random acts of kindness. This can be one of the most fun and rewarding ways to live a life of gratitude, especially when it’s done anonymously. Surprise someone with something unexpected. You may never know what it meant to them but it will likely make their day. Try putting a note in your child’s lunch or bringing treats to the office to share. Even a small gesture can mean so much to someone. Living a life of gratitude is one of the easiest ways to live a happier life. It takes very little effort to show someone you appreciate them but will mean so much to them. There are so many ways to make gratitude a part of our life and to spread that attitude to others. Make today the day you start living a life of gratitude and spread your light to the rest of the world!

People commonly struggle with managing time since they fail to treat it like a business. It all comes down to planning the day in order to make the best use of time but sometimes 'life happens' and people fail to stick to the plan! This is why it is much like managing a business insofar as if you allow yourself to get flustered and deviate from your intended course you will NOT be successful!
Here are 3 simple steps that are required for anyone to be successful at making the best use of time that is available to them!
If you are not motivated enough to put in the minimal amount of effort required for planning the day then you will never learn how to make the best use of time that is made available to you! Everyday will be chaotic and non-productive resulting in you experiencing a growing level of stress and frustration. If you can't or don't get this right, your chances of success in just about any endeavor will be minimal at best! Sound scary well it is but it is something you can easily overcome with the smallest amount of effort!
This is another area where many fall short since they fail to stick to the plan they have made which is crazy. When you schedule your activities or map out your daily list of goals and objectives you do so to help better coordinate your efforts. If you intend to make the best use of time you WILL need to refer back to your schedule otherwise what was the sense of putting it together in the first place!
It is so important to realize every day offers something new and often times something unexpected. It's call life and everybody has to deal with it so when something does NOT go according to what you expected don't sweat it! Many people tend to get flustered and it is at this point they fail to stick to the plan! Maybe the day presented you a couple 'curve balls' but adapt as you see fit and you can compensate for what you didn't accomplish later on or on another day if necessary! Simple stay the course the best you can and continue on!
Managing time effectively comes right down to planning the day while maintaining realistic expectations! Of course to make this work you must stick to the plan to get the results you are looking for but sometimes life does get in the way! Always remember what you are trying to accomplish is to make the best use of time available but sometimes this availability will be altered! When this occurs you must adapt to any changes and stick to the plan you already have to accomplish what you can. The 3 steps discussed above focus on establishing your objectives, taking the necessary actions to reach them and remaining adaptable to any unforeseen changes as you go along! In this way you can make the best use of time you have available while not concerning yourself over the things you can't control but rather plan accordingly after they do occur!

The faster I go, the behinder I get!" said the Rabbit, "Through the looking glass."
Question: What have we done with all the time we've saved, by using all the new time saving devices? Compared to even our parents, purveyors surround us with an ever growing array of gadgets, machines and tools, each of them designed to shorten our involvement with the activity at hand. When I was young, a baked potato was an hour long ordeal that occurred as a by-product of other activity in the oven. Now, it's a four minute nuke job in the microwave. Ever make home made bread? You're tied up in the kitchen for hours; mixing, kneading, rolling, waiting, kneading again and then baking.
Now you can dump the ingredients into a cylinder inside a machine that looks like R2D2 from "Star Wars." And four hours later, you have a wonderful tasting loaf that looks a little like a mushroom. How about word processors that check spelling, grammar and make alternate word suggestions? Fax machines and cellular phones give us instant access. Now we can talk while we drive or fly or...... (you fill in the blank).Roadways are better. Planes fly to more locations more often. Computers balance our checkbooks and even write the checks. There are self cleaning ovens, low- and no-maintenance building products, and pocket sized, computerized address books. With all of these time- and labor-saving devices, we would think that our lives have become easier, less complicated, less hurried. However, for most of us the opposite is true. As technology has increased, so have the demands that we and others make on our time. What happened? Why has life become more complicated? We have a tendency to add new activities without dropping old ones. We don't set limits on our work, allowing it to encroach on our sleep and leisure time. And we have difficulty saying no at proper times. Is there anything we can do about it? Yes, if we will do some honest self-appraisal and admit to our true priorities. Then, we must act with discipline to work on what we've defined as important. Here are some suggestions on how to reclaim some of the time we've saved but squandered.
1) Drop ritualized behavior and get right to work.2) Scan the paper. Let weekly magazines accumulate for a month and then look at in reverse order. You will find less to read as you go back to the older issues. 3) Touch everything once, or as few times as possible. Handle the mail piece by piece. Toss the worthless. Answer the question. Balance the checkbook the day the statement arrives.4) Use self-discipline to pare down your duties. Resign from the marginal committee. Quit the least productive group. When necessary, say no, politely but firmly. Then once you've reclaimed time, assemble it into hours, and protect it, or you will lose it again. By following these steps, we can reclaim some time for ourselves. Remember, we all have the same 24 hours per day to work with. How we use them determines the quality of our life. Find an hour for your self this week. Then use it to relax.

It was a Saturday and my wife was absolutely stir crazy to just get out of the house and go somewhere. I shared her anxiety; we’d not been out to do anything fun for over two weeks. Between colds that wouldn’t go away, three demanding children, and the never-ending quest to find the magic formula that’ll make all our money concerns disappear, my wife and I had become isolated prisoners.
Thirty minutes after we woke found us scurrying pall mall around the house grabbing everything we could think of to guarantee a wonderful day out. When we’re in grab mode it’s my responsibility to grab the GPS (my wife and I are notorious for getting lost ). As I grabbed the compact unit I realised that I hadn’t charged it up in a very long time. “No problemo!” I thought. After all I could always plug it into the cigarette lighter and let it charge en route. Without a second thought I tossed the unit into my pocket and jumped in the car. We couldn’t get out of the drive way fast enough!
When my wife and I go out together every minute is precious because we never know when our next special time will be. So, before we get to whatever entertainment we’ve planned for the day, we make the best use of our travelling time by sharing our hearts with one another.
After turning on the GPS and noting that the display light was shining healthily we began our conversation. Though so much had been going on in both of our minds over the last couple of weeks, we’d both come to some of the same conclusions about some very important life decisions. As we talked and laughed we quickly lost track of time. Time didn’t become a reality to me again until my wife said, “It’s been awhile since I’ve heard anything from the GPS, so I’ve just continued on. But I’m pretty sure that we’re in the wrong place.”
The time on the digital clock revealed that we’d been on the road for an hour and a half. We were supposed to be at our destination in just under two hours! Crap on toast! I grabbed the GPS to find out what the estimated time of arrival was only to find that the LED light had faded out. I quickly plugged it into the cigarette lighter and re-typed in our desired place. Turned out the unit must’ve been inactive for quite awhile because we were still just two hours short of where we were going! Whilst we’d talked and dreamed together we’d ended up in completely the opposite direction.
Once the GPS was reset we went right back to where we’d left off in talking over our dreams (all though I made sure to keep my eye on the GPS this time). By the time we reached our destination both of us were vibrant and excited. We knew something magical had happened and that we’d agreed on some changes that would change our lives forever. Changes that would skyrocket us to exactly where we wanted to be in life.
That evening, as I looked back fondly over the day I was overwhelmed with wonder. My life was changed by one silly mistake. As I pondered this, I began to question myself about why I’d remained virtually frozen over the last five years so desperately afraid that any mistakes I made would only scream failure to anyone I met. But in reality the opposite was true. My lack of motivation and daring was doing that already
From that point on I chose to get out there and just do it. No more looking back or toe dipping. I began to look forward to times when I got results far different than I intended. For each time I did I learned something of great value. That something might’ve set me back initially, but if I persevered in understanding the results of my actions it always ended in me moving forward.
Today I’m proud to announce that I’m making a great many mistakes. And I’m making them with a smile on my face knowing that I’m always moving to the next level and evolving as a person. My financial burdens haven’t yet lifted, but I now know it’s just a matter of time. All I need to do is concentrate on my ever expanding goals and learn from my errors.

University, the final stage in top level education. We all know the proposed outcome of a university education, a qualification and the chance of getting a better job. But how much more does a university education give you that self studying doesn't? And wouldn't self study be a lot cheaper then spending grands on a university education?
Now I went university myself. I done a two year HND and was put straight onto the last year of the degree as my results were very good (If your results were just average they'd put you onto the second year instead or not let you carry on at all). But this is where the problems kicked in. Three years studying is a lot for anyone, especially on top of a lifetime of prior education. People lose the will to study at different times, sometimes before they finish secondary, sometime in college, and in my case towards the end of my university education. Now the work wasn't hard for me, I just completely lost interest in doing it. I would leave all my work till the last minute (Something I never did when I was motivated), rush my essays and not meet the word count. Why is this I ask, is university education too long?
Looking back, I can see that university education did help me, but wouldn't do the same for everyone. University learning is basically learning from books. You go to lesson, the teacher talks to you about book extracts, they give you a printout from a book, then tell you to go and read that book. Then for your assignment, you reword a book in your own words and give your opinion about the book or subject in the book. That's it. Like I said, university did benefit me. But if you've the skills to sit down and read a book all day, you could learn most things yourself for a lot cheaper. This of course isn't true for more practical subjects such as art, but then there's always exceptions to the rule.
So why pay those thousand in university fees if you can learn everything yourself for a lot cheaper? Well, for a start there's the social side of it. Many people before their university education are still living at home with their parents. University gives them the opportunity to gain some independence and live by themselves or with friends. It's also more social then simply going straight into work where you see the same faces everyday. There's also the benefit of having the qualification paper at the end of your university education. While self study could give you the knowledge you'd require to do a job, a lot of companies would rather hire someone that has a qualification to back up their knowledge, rather then taking someone's word for it.
You can learn a lot from university (I more picked up skills, such as learning to self study and presentation skills) although I feel the process is too long and could be shortened down. Due to the fact a lot of the time given to 'study' is wasted by students doing nothing, I feel a more intensive two year course would be ideal for many people who want to get the university experience but cut off a third of the time.

If you always enjoy a certain meal at a restaurant, pick something else or even a new restaurant next time. These small variances from the norm can be just the pick-me-up you are seeking.

It was a lovely spring early morning in Melbourne, Australia. The sun was shining, the air was crisp and a gentle breeze rustled the leaves on the trees. The corner deli/cafe was busy as common, bustling with prospects who after parking their vehicles rapidly ran to the shop to purchase their early morning Latte and assorted snacks after which swiftly rushed back to their automobiles to drive off in to the early morning traffic, back on their approach to start their day.
Have you ever noticed how some folks when trying to juggle as well numerous parcels will place their drink, coffee, briefcase or purse on the roof of their automobile, whilst they open the door after which put everything else in their hands inside the vehicle? How a lot of times do you see an individual drive away - using the item still to the roof?
This particular day, my sister and I have been engaged in an especially delightful early morning conversation and as normal we smiled politely towards the a variety of buyers as they entered and exited the corner store, when all of a sudden "BAM".!. it sounded like an explosion!
We looked to see wherever the sound came from.!. all we saw was a black sedan pulling absent from the curb and we noticed left behind from the street was a crushed cardboard caffeine cup nonetheless using the plastic lid to the cup and the beverage (espresso) splattered all around the road.
Oh Gosh! That poor guy! We were shocked, embarrassed after which burst into laughter, due to the irony from the situation. Did he even realize that he'd just driven above his own caffeine? We wondered when he would notice if at all, that he didn't get the early morning "heart starter" drink he specially stopped for, spent time and dollars to collect!
What need to have been on his mind, to not even bear in mind that he had placed the caffeine to the ground, rather than about the roof or much better yet INSIDE his auto!
How several people aren't Current, in their lives?
Running on Auto pilot - racing by way of the day - physically gift but mentally far absent, most of your time!
Who knows why that man drove around his personal coffee that early morning.!. hopefully he was able to get an additional java and in fact enjoyed drinking it.
How are you able to benefit from this story?
Wherever or when are you not existing.!!!. using the forgotten caffeine as a metaphor. Is there anything you want that you just keep leaving behind simply because your life and/ or thoughts "gets too busy?"
Wherever are you able to be A lot more found, more inside minute, less pre-occupied with your thoughts and much more inside the experience of existence!
When you will be existing, consciously residing and choosing your thoughts and actions, you've got a lot more power accessible to you. When you will not be present you're leaking power, which is why numerous men and women feel exhausted, not simply because they are working physically harder, but because they're normally, mentally or emotionally "spinning wheels" and going nowhere quick. Often worrying about things they can not attend to at that second or feeling bad about some thing that happened which they can't resolve or are usually not able to "let it go."
When you're residing in found time, your energy naturally resonates at greater frequencies, raising your level of conscious awareness and also you will not be preoccupied with worrying about the future or regretting the past.
The only electrical power you have to make any choice or change is within the existing minute. The much more present you are, the far more electrical power you may have and you tap into the greater levels of consciousness - the thoughts chatter drops away as well as the feeling of peace, serenity and harmony starts to wash above you.
Your personal electrical power expands from your core and it radiates outward. Your Aura expands, your charisma increases and you might be masterful and consciously in control of your actions and reactions. You may possibly even grow to be "luckier" due to synchronicity. Stress plays a pretty big role in the lives of many; and though some choose to suffer through it; there are ways that you can reduce the presence of it in your life. Exercise is one of those things that can help you get rid of some of the stress in your life.
Life is full of surprises - both good and bad. The season change from Fall to Winter is often a rough transition for many people; and bad weather can make you feel tired and cranky.
The holidays are often a rollercoaster of emotions, bringing out our best and, sometimes, our worst. Then there are the unexpected surprises like losing a job, moving to a new city, contracting an illness, car accidents, and other events, big and small that test our mental strength.
Unfortunately, we cannot predict the future, but we can find ways to relieve stress in healthy ways. One of the best ways to work out the stress and pull yourself out of the dumps is to move your body.
It is important to take care of yourself when you are feeling down. This may even mean indulging yourself in a guilty pleasure as long as it is not something that is detrimental to your health, and it actually does make you feel better.
Rather than reach for the chocolate when you get stressed, think of something you enjoy doing. It might be working in the garden, taking a slow bike ride or taking a walk with a friend.
Rhythmic activities like walking, raking leaves or even cleaning can be healing exercises. As your body gets into its own rhythms, you can let your mind go and work out problems.
When jumping into exercise, take baby steps before you jump head first. Sometimes 30 minutes of an activity may feel overwhelming when your energy is low, and you may decide to only take a 10 minute walk.
Cutting your time short is okay, and chances are, you will start to feel more energetic and will keep going. Choose activities that require very little preparation like walking, gardening, cleaning the house or some gentle stretching.
Remember that it is okay to ask for support. Try to get a friend or family member to meet you once a week for a walk in the park or a local fitness class.
Knowing someone is waiting for you gives you more motivation to get going. If you tend to stay more sedentary when you feel blue, going from sitting to something active can seem like a big jump.
Give yourself 5 or 10 minutes to get your body moving a bit before exercise. Take some time to stretch or simply walk around the house a bit.
Give yourself extra time to warm up if you are doing a high intensity activity like running or aerobics. Allow your body all the time it needs to get warm and allow your heart rate to climb gently.
It is always a good idea to end your workout feeling good, so give yourself some time to cool down as well. Getting some strength training and cardio into your day can help perk you up, but you may also need some time to do more soothing activities like Yoga.
Yoga is a great way to quiet your mind and relax your body. There are different ways to practice yoga; some vigorous and others relaxing.
Pilates is another option that forces you to concentrate on what your body is doing while helping you work on core strength, stability and flexibility. Meditation can force you to find the time and patience to relax you mind and body.
Meditation does not have to be complicated or some kind of spiritual experience; you can simply stop to breathe for a few minutes to relax. There are also health benefits to laughing; which you can try by just being happy or scheduling time to practice your chuckle.
You may want to schedule a massage to reduce stress. If this is not an option, try soaking in a hot bath and reading a book when you get a quiet minute to yourself.
When you get stressed out, you may be tempted to reach for things that offer instant gratification but long-term guilt. Learning healthy ways to increase your energy and lift your mood can open your eyes to new ideas for taking care of yourself. Human mind is numberless wonder of whole universe. This is the most fertile field of world. More you sow much you reap out of it.
The usage of this part of human body needs accurate and precise approach. The tool to sharpen the upper part of human body is only through education. The education can change the life of human being. This had been proven by scientific development of our world. Thus in most advanced and developed society, every possible care is taken in education sector applications.
Are we in India caring for this vital aspect of human being? This story is a little effort to discuss the national education with special reference to one of the leading and progressive state named Haryana.
According to 2001 census the population of largest democracy of the world was 1027015247. The managing of this huge population is a specialized job. To do this it required extra accuracy and farsightedness approach. Education is among first thrust, which need to be carefully managed, because it is directly linked to development of nation.
In 2002 India had 199144199 students starting from class 1 to higher education level. It means 19.3% of population was of student community.
Government and NGO's are working hard to expand the area of education in the country, but their efforts are not yielding up to mark satisfaction.
In India in 2002 there were 113883060 students in primary school level. In middle school level numbers of students were 44828235. That means 69% of primary school students' left their studies before or after fifth class. The facts and figures are similar in every year.
In same year (2002) there were 44828235 it mans 55% of student in middle school level whereas the number of high school students 20053986 who gave up their school bags after eight class. Continue to this process 48% of students left their studies from high school level to secondary level.
But here in last I am very surprised to see that after 10+2 level study gives up cases has drastically come down to 5%. This statistics clearly indicate that if student reaches primary level his or her probability of leaving school is 61%. If students cross first barrier (primary level) and reach to middle school then his percentage of leaving come down to 55%. Further after 10th standard to secondary levels this percentage further come down to 48%. Finally if he / she get passed 10+2 exam, the percentage to achieve higher education / professional education is 95%, which is very high as comparative to primary and middle level. These facts and figures clearly indicate that primary to middle classes are studies leaving prone classes.
Are these studies leaving the prone classes targeted by our education planners? . Answer is clearly no. This is very evident from following statistics.
In primary school level student / teacher ratio in India is 59:1, for middle class it was 31:1, whereas in 10+2 level it was 17:1 in 2002.In comparison to above after 10+2 level education there are 272 universities, 8737 colleges (general), 838 technology/ engineering college, 725 medical college, 846 teacher training colleges, 5462 polytechnic and it is and 1175 teacher training schools. This type planning will show its effects on society because knowledge level of population will be of high contrast. This will lead to fragmentation of that society which is already fragmented in the name of religion, caste and creeds. In this situation, the Education will work reversibly. This can be averted by making middle level focused education policy.
So emphasis of our education policy should be on study leaving prone classes.i.e.5th to 8th classes. The environment and education should be planned in such manner that student of these classes does not leave their studies in want of school are money. If the quantum of the students increases in 10+2 level then there will be more and more talents available for higher studies. This will not only enhance the level of knowledge among all sections of society in equilibrium but also give up maximum opportunities to maximum. This will show results in quality of higher study level. In which 50% of education budgets are invested. Take the case of Haryana in education. This small state has done commendable work as compare to other states of India. But due to non-practical approach of education planning, as in national education policy results are not up to the mark. Student teacher ratio in primary level was 39:1 as compare to national student teacher ratio 59:1 in 2002.
For middle classes this ratio in state was 33:1 in contrast to national average 31:1. Here one point is to mention this state was created on 1st nov.1966. The above student teacher ratio for the corresponding year was 43:1 and 30:1 for primary and middle classes respectively. Education budget at the creation of state in 1966 was merely 277.2 Lac rupees. Which reached 138429.51 Lac was invested which was 55.7% of total money allocated to education.
Thus after this statistics of one of the pioneer states of India one can guess situations in UP, Bihar, Orrisa and rest of other states of country.
To make mind blowing and not blowing quantum of the student is directly linked to excellence in education. Money and personals are here only precise planning is required.
Will our education planners ever do this and when? Answer to these questions lies in dark room. Who will open the doors of this dark room is to be seen yet. Author Resource:- speech presentation

Private tutors are personal and private teachers hired for unique teaching guidance. It will start with many little experience just like negelecting your birthday of a colleague. Then you will start to neglect the actual 1st birthdays connected with people close to you. After that, it's going to be the turn of the instructions for your favorite bistro after which god restrict, you might forget your individual keys in your residence. We all suffer from moments of forgetfulness but sometimes, things move worse that you discover ways to make your current memory greater.
Although we are not all blessed with a photographic memory, you can find methods to no less than improve what we are given and also make us a little much less forgetful. This is especially true with people who are already growing older. As we age, that neurons inside our brains also age. a number of cease to live while others perform slower than usual. This is why people who are older have faultier memories than their much youthful counterparts.
however hey, as mentioned, there are ways to improve ram. Here are some of them:
1. Use visuals as well as sounds
Depending on what kind of learner you are, people can sometimes use visuals and sounds to remember anything. For instance, if you are trying to bear in mind a to-do list, all you need to do is stare at the paper and you will be able to see in mind the actual list. you will discover people however who need to take note of the set of their to-dos before they can remember everything that they have to do. to understand which technique will work for you, look at recalling how you memorize inside school. Do you learn the words silently or go through these folks out loud?
ONLY TWO. utilize organizations
Our brains also need help when it comes to remembering things. The easier we make the remembering process to the brain, the better them are able to remember the information. This is where associations come in. Associating information with things that we already know or things that individuals can see is an approach that is applied in improving memory. For instance, to get heard of mnemonics? When memorizing a set of words, we often get the first correspondence of that word and then form a sentence or words from those letters. Associating the word that we want to memorize considering the earliest letter can make it less difficult for our brain.
3 OR MORE. create in your mind it
does one previously wonder the reason photographic memory will be the time period employ for people with really excellent memory? This is because people who genuinely memorize well or have great memories do not see you item or one facts when committing these folks to storage area. They see a snapshot from the words in party. such as, somebody which includes a grocery list will most likely memorize the things one by one but people that mastered to enhance their reminiscences can memorize the item as a whole. They will look at the list and visualize it all together until finally they will see the list in their mind's eye.
4. Eat right
Another important solution to improve recollection could be to check what you eat. Your diet will factor a lot in your power for you to memorize things. Eating nutritious foods will help your brain perform better as well as faster. This is especially true whenever ingesting known brain foodstuff like tofu, exploit and bass.
there are several approaches to make your memory better but the most important thing is to click with the actual job and also promise to improve it regardless of the. Author Resource:- if you are seeking more informations about short term memory loss and memory improvement articles visit our site.
There is no arguing the beauty and reverence of a hand-made Katana. Their elegant and specific design has been poured over in movies and literature. Infamous for being able to cut down an enemy in one fell swoop, Katana swords are one of the most sought after historical weapons in the world. Katanas, also referred to as samurai swords, are traditionally made from hand. Japanese blacksmith makers would mold metal in a hot forge with fine precision to make battle ready swords. Katana enthusiasts have kept up the age old blacksmithing process in the face of technological metallurgy advances. Making these swords is not easy but with a little guidance any novice artisan can try their hand at fashioning a Katana of their very own.
Once you have prepared your forge, take a long piece of steel and heat it up. If you are just starting out, you'll want to start things off with a tanto sized bar of AISI 1050 steel. This will create a Katana of knife size. Once you get the hang of things you can attempt a customary Katana. Warm your bar of steel till it glows orange and red. The heat will make the steel soft enough to hammer down. Overcooking your metal bar may ruin your work. You'll know things are getting too hot when the bar burns yellow or white. If you see sparks, that is pieces of steel being burned away.
Flatten out your piece of metal by hammering it down on one side. Next, you will want to create the tip of your Katana. To do this, heat the side of the bar you want the tip to be. Once it is thoroughly heated in the forge, hammer off a diagonal piece. The diagonal should create a pointy tip on your steel bar. Afterwards, take the bar and lay it on its edge with the tip pointing towards the ceiling. Hammer down the point till it is firmly aligned with the bar's spine. This will create a sharp edge as well as direct the steel's grain. Continue flattening the blade on both sides till the metal becomes thin.
Opposite of the tip is the tang. The Katana tang is the bottom of the blade that is fashioned with a holding grip. A samurai sword tang should be one third of your entire blade. Create your tang by filing down the end of your blade on both edges. You will want to file the bottom until it has shape similar to a "V". You don't want the bottom to have a sharp point, simply a shape easy to fashion a grip to will suffice.
After filing your tang, submerge your blade in vermiculite for eight hours. Vermiculity is a saw dust like material that is popular amongst blacksmiths for cooling metal. The name comes from the look of the material which resembles vermicelli pasta. Once your blade is successfully cooled, you can begin coating your Katana with clay. The clay used to coat samurai swords is a mixture of red pottery clay, sodium hydroxide and some water. This is ground down and painted on fifty percent of the blade's surface. Put on a coat of no more than two millimeters and make sure not to trap in any air bubbles or dents. Once coated, heat the blade until the sword has a low red glow. Make sure you don't overheat the Katana at this step. If you have trouble seeing the red glow then dim the lights or use a dark bucket.
The clay coat allows the blade to be further cooled at two different speeds. The uncoated part will cool faster making it harder. The process is called martensite and happens when steel, which is made from iron and carbon, changes temperatures rapidly. Martensite is how Katanas get their curve. Repeat the process to get an even meaner curve on your sword.
Use a hard piece of material to scrap off the remaining clay. When that is done, you will need to polish your hand-crafted Katana. It is known that traditional Japanese sword making apprentices train up to ten years before they can truly polish samurai swords. The ritualistic process includes special Japanese stones that vary in grittiness. With water one uses these stones against the blade to clean it of imperfections. Starting with the least gritty stones and working up to the grittiness ones, Japanese Katana polishing can be back breaking labor. Though, nothing worth anything was easy. Start your hand made sword collection by creating your very own Japanese samurai sword.

In several of the articles I've written, I have bemoaned the fact that our children are not being taught properly and that we are spawning a dumbing down of America. Some of my major points have been that there may come a time when we have no electricity and therefore, no capability of using our cell phones, computers, and a myriad of other electronic devices. I was less concerned about our timesaving conveniences and more concerned about our children not being able to function without the gadgets they depend on.
Recently, I ran across an article that detailed the new vision of schools. One of the high schools has done away with textbooks because the content is entirely digital. They are trying to combine online courses with face to face instruction. One of the high school principals was quoted as saying, "To be educating kids with a blackboard and chalk in an age where you don't have to memorize the 50 capitals of the 50 states because you can Google it really quickly."
This thinking is so flawed that it's no wonder our children are getting mentally lazy. There is a lot to be said for being able to memorize things. The old expression is true: use it or lose it. If you don't use your memory every day, eventually you won't be able to recall important details that might be crucial to your life. Not everything is on Google; some things you just have to store in your head for future use.
I remember reading a book about a soldier who had returned from war. He was injured in an explosion and had lost all his facial features. He couldn't talk or hear so he had no way to communicate what he was feeling. As he laid in the hospital bed, the only thing that still functioned was his mind and he suffered enormous frustration because he realized that he had never used it. He hadn't read any books and hadn't been interested in learning anything and now he had endless years ahead of him with nothing to occupy his mind. He kept wishing that he had memorized something so that he could have something to think about instead of this vast wasteland of nothingness. The book had an enormous affect on me and from that point on, I kept testing my memory on everything I read and heard.
Since children are no longer required to memorize facts and store thousands of pieces of information in their heads, we must now take responsibility for producing a generation of children who have to be entertained by expensive gadgets and who will have difficulty functioning without them.
We have only to look at what is happening in Japan to see that our children might not be able to cope with surviving natural disasters. As of yesterday, one of the newscasts said there were 5.6 million homes with no electricity. Simply put, they can't use their computers or get on the Internet. They can't use their cell phones and they can't text anyone for answers to personal or business problems. If the Japanese children had been educated as poorly as American children, they wouldn't even have learned how to write in longhand so they couldn't document what has happened and how it has affected them.
For the people in Japan, whose children are still being taught traditional skills, they have an edge. If they have a flashlight, they can still read a book, write a letter, calculate their expenses, and take care of whatever odds and ends that one can accomplish in the dark.
For the people in America, most things would come to a standstill. Our children are being taught to read things on a computer screen rather than in books. Anyone who has a love of reading will tell you that your comprehension is more acute when your eyes are looking down at a printed page than looking up at that same page. Whenever I have had to edit a book or someone has edited one of my books, we have always commented on the fact that we have to do a printout of the pages so that we can look down at the pages to catch the mistakes. The publisher of the newspaper who printed my weekly Advice column must have used his computer to edit his column because one day, his headline in bold print declared that someone whom he admired was his "roll" model.
In keeping with the new vision of education, the old saying has become the new philosophy: "The more you study, the more you learn. The more you learn the more you know. The more you know the more you forget. The more you forget the less you know. So why bother to study?"

You want to get good grades, and you know you have the abilities to do so, but you don't know what's going wrong. The stress is mounting and you're trying to implement a technique that will actually work. Here you'll find a number of study skills activities that will help you boost those grades and lower your stress levels.
Get organized and use a planner. This may seem like a very adult thing to do, but in order to start studying you have to know what needs to get done. A planner will help you keep track of different assignments. Ideally, you will get a monthly planner that allows you to see the entire month. This will help prevent getting caught off guard with an assignment as with weekly planners.
Know thyself. Knowing what kind of learner you are will help you determine your best learning methods. For instance, some people learn better at night whereas other people work better during the early morning. Stay in tune with your mind and body so that you are able to optimize your results.
Get your personal work station in order. When you have a particular area to get your work done on a daily basis in, it makes concentrating much easier. Typically, work stations are in a quiet area with little to no distractions. Going to the same place to get your work done will help you focus and get things done much quicker.
Avoid waiting to the last minute to get your assignments done. Waiting until the night before an exam or a project is due to get it done will almost certainly lower the standard of quality. Give yourself ample time to get your work done for maximum quality. If you don't, you are almost always selling yourself short of a better grade.
Make sure to ask a lot of questions. This is a great way to expand your knowledge for any particular subject. If you don't understand a particular subject, ask a question. Even if you think you understand a topic ask something to further your understanding. This will help you grasp a topic at a deeper level.
Keep moderation at the top of your priority list. Being a successful student means that you'll implement strong study skills activities, while maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Don't forget to get active and push yourself toward success. There are ways to learn and have fun simultaneously. Get creative, get learning and boost your grades.

Recently, nuclear reactor accident occurred in Japan and triggered the nuclear radiation problem. So, how to prevent it? Here I will summarize several treatments and key points so that we can minimum the harm when disaster occurs.
Once the accident occurs, the public must try to get as much information as possible to know the government's decision and notice. Thus, people should keep communication with local government via various methods such as television, radio and telephone. Do not believe in rumors. The second thing is to take necessary self-protection measures immediately according to the information of local government. According to the arrangements of local government, people evacuate the place in an organized and orderly way to avoid the serious negative effects the withdrawal brings.
Select nearby buildings to hide and reduce the direct external exposure and inhalation of air pollution. Close doors, windows and ventilation equipment including air conditioners and fans. When air pollution is over, open the windows and doors and ventilation devices quickly.
Take shielding measures. Add a layer of radiation shielding material that is thick enough between the people and radiation source to reduce the external exposure dose. Main materials are lead, reinforced concrete and water. The buildings we live in are good shields to external radiation. When it is judged that a radiological dispersal event occurs, people should try to hide in the direction toward side of the wind and enter into the building quickly.
Use wet towel and cloth to cover your nose and mouth to protect the respiratory tract. If you suspect that the surface of the body is polluted by radioactive contamination, you can have a bath and change clothes to reduce the pollution. Follow the arrangement of the local authorities and decide whether to control the usage of local food and water.
What's more, if the nuclear and radiological terrorism events occur, the public should pay special attention to maintaining a stable state of mind and do not fear.

Efficient time management is actually one of the decisive factors in successful managing stress. Some people tend to forget this and keep looking other ways to get rid their stress. If you manage your time inefficiently, you may feel overwhelmed by the amount of activities you have to do. Managing your time is really simple. Basically you need to prioritize your works according to their importance, and, don't forget, always find moment to take a break to refresh between works. You may also keep your own organizational method you like most, be it notes or detailed descriptions in an agenda.
When you are working toward goals with agenda in your hand, things will run smoothly since your plan is in place. For sure, mistakes in managing time are usual, but the key to success is learning from your fault. It is important that you make a plan and carrying out the task as soon as possible. This is putting your plans into action. Action is the process of making something work, and everybody in the world will agree that seeing something done is really a relaxing experience. It means, doing our plan will at the same time reduce our stress too. However, do not get caught up in obsessive self-punishment when you made a mistake with the plan, which can only bring you down and mess up your time management scheme.
However, you may feel that there are more tasks on your time than the time available. The best way to overcome this is to find what works best for you. Everybody has 24 hours in a day and the difference between the drunkard in a bar and Warren Buffet is how those 24 hours are used. The way you manage your time can influence the type of day that you will have. Basically, time management is nothing to do with a lack of time, but is everything to do with a lack of discipline to do what needs doing. So that, to manage your time you need to reduce the time spent for watching TV and spend it working on prioritized agenda. You have a lot more control than you might think.
Factually, the simple awareness that you’re in control of your life is the basic of stress management. There is no single strategy works for everyone or in every situation, so experiment with different techniques. Focus on what makes you stay calm and in control.
Ask yourself on how you can perform daily tasks more efficiently. Protect yourself from distractions. Distractions will make you less productive and, ironically, more worry about how you are spending your work time. Make phone calls and check your emails at set times. By implementing these you can free up more time. With more free time you can then either be less stressed or focus your energy on minimizing other causes of stress.
So take the time out each day to think positive and do positive, since motivation and action are both essential for time management and reducing stress.

Recent investigations in the study of demographical trends at global level are currently making light on a very controversial aspect, although ignored by global institutions, like O.N.U., U.N.D.P., G 20, same by organizations with attributions in the educational field (as UNESCO, Youth International Authorities and other). The so-called "demographic winter" phenomenon, which reveals the dramatic consequences of the "modern" life, marked by familial and moral decline, by miscarriage, vulgarization and the homosexuality "normalization", by the poisoning influence of the majority of mass-media and the "Hollywood culture" are inoculating egocentrism, frivolity and irresponsibility. Considering this demographical trend offers a new dimension to the way in which abundance and resource of the world are distributed and also gives a new vision on elementary educational issues.
The globalization of education is reflecting itself in the extension and unification of educational practices, used by all those public or private entities, involved as active social educators. Over time, the public education systems in developed or emerging countries, which promote formal education, are illustrating with consistency the practice of a classical education system. In the field of non-formal education there are used more innovating and diverse methods of education, but unfortunately few of this are oriented upon individual behaviour reshaping in the global context, and they are looking only to proliferate consumerist habits, by preparing youngsters for a successful professional career start. The presence of NGO's with international coverage and professional training companies has fixed the currently understood "development in education" in comfortable limits. This makes room for a reshape of educational fundamentals and, more obvious, for the ultimate purpose of learning.
Most people think that education should equip them with the proper exploitation instruments so that they can forever trample over the masses. Still other thinks that education should furnish them with noble ends rather than means to an end. The function of education, therefore, is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically. But education which stops with efficiency may prove the greatest menace to society. The most dangerous criminal may be the man gifted with reason, but with no morals.
Socially speacking, the technological revolution, the broaden access to information and the modern lifestyle facilities have made possible the appearance of an irreversible phenomenon in the conflict between generations. In our present times, the children, "sons of globalization" have access to multiple sources of information, with the internet being most of the time an instrument of self-education. The balance is leaning in the favour of the power of informed youth, who become "the teachers", explaining the new world order to the eldest. This theory takes into consideration the acceleration of technology and the way of our lifestyle, but, beyond its observational character, it does not bring up the discussion on the relevance of educational systems, visible outmoded, which attempts to destroy the moral and statutory principles. The wisdom is transmitted from the old generation to the youth, and not backward.
Therefore we are raising the question regarding the way organisms responsible for educational issues should reconsider the basic fundamentals of this basic activity, which clearly has guided the evolution of our world so far. It isn't enough for organizations like U.N.E.S.C.O or U.N.D.P. to confront the absence of primary education and the discrimination regarding access to education in underdeveloped countries, to avoid resettling the educational needs inside an inappropriate system. It is necessary to deal with these aspects in proper time, because we consider education the key-element which can slow down the process of planet and people self destruction.
The proposal regarding fundamentals reshaping and reviewing the individual education, approached in all stages and cycles of life, starts with the assumption that "Man has to be educated to act responsible towards the environment and civilization, and not interfere in the harmony and balanced world development with his behaviour". This observation, not exactly recent, triggered a chain of initiatives in the educational system in countries like France, Italy, Germany, including Romania, but I consider that implementing a discipline of Civic Education, in the gymnasium module is not enough, neither convincing.
We feel that the new fundamentals and principals of education, which must be known, understood and applied by every teacher, through all the range of educational processes in the long life learning of individuals, and also in the non formal educational process, whereat people have access during existence are:
1. Self-consciousness - is essential because it allows every individual to find his role in society, to know his weak points and to develop them according to his unique talents genetically inherited. A person aware of his/her self can easily act in choosing the occupation or the carrier to practice that he or she will be able to direct his energies to and recognize the real problems that the world and society faces. Consciousness-based education, introduced in 1971 by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, is unique in its ability to effectively develop the total brain potential of every student.
2. Stimulating creativity - this special quality is reflected in the mental and social process of generating new ideas, concepts, associations, and permits individual adaptation to unpredictable contexts and situations. There are simple techniques, associated to lateral thinking that can promote this capacity, for example: improvisation, fiction as imaginary product, (Randomness, Improvisation, P.S.).
3. Communication - in the actual forms and methods used as learning practices, communication is not capitalized at being the supreme value, because mostly individual activity it's encouraged, which promotes inappropriate values like egoism, indifference, self-interest. Without communicating problems and discussing difficult situations, there is no way to claim solving the issues in optimal parameters of time, quality and accuracy. The man can not act in terms of social responsibility, as a "macro attitude", which I consider as being shallowly approached, especially in the economical environment.
4. Promoting a responsible role in society - education must train one for quick, resolute and effective thinking. To think incisively and to think for one's self is very difficult. We are prone to let our mental life become invaded by legions of half truths, prejudices, and propaganda. At this point, I often wonder whether or not education is fulfilling its purpose. A great majority of the so-called educated people do not think logically and scientifically. Even the press, the classroom, the platform, and the pulpit in many instances do not give us objective and unbiased truths. To save man from the morass of propaganda, in my opinion, is one of the chief aims of education. Education must enable one to sift and weigh evidence, to discern the true from the false, the real from the unreal, and the facts from the fiction. This is the way in which he or she could develop and exercise an active role in society.
5. Changing opening - in order to be able to intervene in the actual course of the life circle, accepting and promoting the changes is considered a healthy habit, which stimulates the flexibility and the disruption of existing corporately stereotypes, which are heading humanity to destruction, because of the ignorance or simply because of unknown problems that Terra is facing. From this perspective, the change tackling implies a real transformation at psychological level and of human behaviour, therefore to satisfy those priorities needed to be handled immediately. Here we refer to: the necessity of a re-conversion of world economy from a military economy to civil one, immediate solutions for energetic and environmental problems, as well as for the underdevelopment and poverty aspects propagated into the world.
6. Global vision upon world - the actual educational system, as a whole, is constituted by a sum of operations (method -> evaluation -> communication), whose final objective must reflect a pragmatic and global view on the world. At present, the youth is informed regarding global problems through sources like mass media, not making possible a healthy analysis, not making possible a debate and a thoroughness facilitation that could lead to the understanding and building-up personal opinions regarding aspects like underdevelopment, global economical relations, international monetary system, etc.
7. The ability of solving problems - solving problems is the easiest way to re-create conditions and actions in an artificial manner, experience which allows pupils and students to deal with in a constructive way and to develop solutions for different problems. Learning systems which are basically constructed like this are superior because it helps individuals to recognise and adapt to specific economic, social, psychological, spiritual context and to detect real problems in any form, associating optimal alternatives of decision. For example, simulating a complex economical context for a start-up enterprise leads to the stimulation of individual creativeness and decision-making abilities.
8. Multidisciplinary teams - to permit the reshaping and the restructuring of scholar curricular in the needed form in order to develop these abilities and capacities, we are suggesting even some changes in the study of discipline, considering the logical and contextual relations between them, providing an understanding of all existing correlations at a certain point. For example, Public Finances should be studied in the International Monetary System context and not separately. At the same time this characteristic involves, according to those said before, the start point of collaborations between students coming from different specialization, in order to accomplish complex projects with a multidisciplinary approach. In this case, the elaboration of a business plan would unite students from different specializations in economical science discipline (services, marketing, management) and students from engineering, agriculture and others profile Universities.
In recent years, there have been promoters that recognise the importance of remodelling and updating the learning systems and they have introduced some of this principals through various pedagogic and psychology methods and ideas, which became guide-lines in Universities educational activities from regions around the world. A recent example at this point is the study made by Clay Shirky, author of "Here Comes Everybody", in which he proposed an innovating learning model, named Open Model of Education. In the Closed Model of Education or Classical System, education is limited because the ideas that a school or district can consider can come from only a limited number of sources, usually teachers, administrators, and consultants. A great deal of thought must be put into the consideration of ideas because the time and cost of failure are so high. Time spent with meetings, staff training, and materials, has a cost. This means the filter for ideas is very high. Only those ideas that seem to have the most benefit will be implemented, though there is no way to know in advance that one of the ideas picked will bring the desired benefit, and one of the ideas left on the table could be the most effective and beneficial.
It is true that by putting into practice an educational system based on the same universal fundamentals it essentially means stimulating globalization through its universal optic itself. Although the manner in which this model contributes to the globalization phenomenon is clear, still we must consider the fact that the final purpose of education is no other then confronting globalization's effects and influences, as well as the global negative impact upon environment and, ultimately, upon the way people live everywhere. Education will allow us to know the actual estate of the world, with all its pluses and minuses, and also will increase the awareness of the impact of every individual upon the world and upon the next generations. In other words, we consider politics, economy or administrative sciences weapons of less importance in the process of global issues eradication, compared to education, as a social science.
To conclude, I would like to specify the way these ideas were generated and which were their fundamentals. This actual study is not a result a thorough research activity, neither a genius idea. I am myself a "product" of a classic, formal educational system, but also had some benefits form the non-formal educational system by involving myself in a volunteer organization that developed soft skills and hard skills both. I consider that these educational practices are not adapted enough to the global context that we are facing everyday, and that specialized literature is exposing, bringing up to light its pronounced effects of human existence on Terra. I am a person that does not hold sufficient information and power to be a voice and to be able to get involved in a sustainable and constant development of society, whose values are not profit, nepotism, indifference towards future generations, but responsibility to create and offer equal chances. I am an ambassador of a civilization which is plunging headfirst, shy daring to change the dissonant order and murderously world.

The cause behind the possibility of a 3rd world war wherein guns were pressed on each others' heads was rule by certain classes. For how long did it continue? This question is pointless. But what took place was that a few powerful groups usurped large chunks of land and started arrogantly ruling over its weak minded indwellers. In short this is government system. Right since Adam's Era up till now with a few changes this is what is going on.
A certain group of rulers of the above type threw 2 bombs on Japan and forced them to surrender. This method of rule is venomous and as long as it lasts wars will continue to be fought. Today the worry is more because there is a possibility of nuclear warfare. Even if this is warded off there are other means that can lead to war. This because at the root of wars is powerful groups ruling and harassing weak subjects. It is on this basis that borders of various countries were etched. If this were not the case the partitioning would have merely been geographic. In that there would be one special quality that the downtrodden would have ruled. The talented class would have helped these downtrodden to get uplifted in an all round manner. Powerful people are less and weak are more. Hence in order to reform and sanctify the majority the responsibility has to be shouldered by progressive people. But where does one see all this? A group of few powerful people with the force of their intellect, rule, knowledge and wealth amass land everywhere and ask people to live as per their dictate. This is nothing but jungle law. The saying that 'the bull is his who has a stick' is being actually seen everywhere. The root cause of strife is the partitioning of various nations and a few potent groups bossing over it as rulers. This is nothing but snatching and grabbing of land. The more one is powerful the more one succeeds in instilling fear in others and thus emerges dictatorship.
Right since ancient times this is what is happening. The more one had dacoit groups the more neighboring areas were attacked and land, wealth etc was forcefully grabbed. Today the ways have changed. Today fights are not so open. Over it is the covering of principles. Yet the fact is one that powerful people want to boss over neighboring or far off countries so that the latter can be oppressed and one can greedily amass more power.
The borders of countries have become such that it appears natural. Those who have grabbed it seem just rulers of that nation. But if we deeply analyze on the basis of justice and aptness the story is totally different. Where is equality seen on earth where its children were born? Where does one see the prosperous people sharing their material comforts with less fortunate class of men? If this were to happen where would there be a need of few powerful groups usurping land and rule over it like dictators? The world's land would be looked upon as belonging to God and in every area each one would benefit equally. In the name of nations there would not be borders Even if borders were penned its cause would not be partitioning but would have been an easy geographical solution for traveling etc.
Petrol and oil seem to be majority in Middle East Arab countries. A few Arabs own it but since land belongs to everyone that natural wealth should benefit everybody. A lot of land in America and Africa lies bare. Since China and India are over populated, they require more land. This world should be a peaceful family and its land should belong to all. Everyone should benefit equally from its production. Crime commences when indwellers of a certain area start lording over it and whatever is produced there (oil, ores, petrol etc) is usurped by them.
The worst thing about crime is that the mighty cannot tolerate the weak. As a result everyone tries to become more powerful and the smaller ones get crushed in the mean time. Small or big wars have taken place due to this trend and if this continues no end can be sighted.
In my previous writings I had tried to show that as of now war can be warded off. I predict with emphasis that definitely war will not take place. Missiles of one country aiming at its enemy nation will stop functioning. But what will happen as a result? Wars are not always fought using guns. The real war is economy and finance based. A different type of war can manifest. One can get shattered in a different manner. Then where is the solution?
Now the solution will not be got by check mate but with one blow. Not only will nuclear war stop but that borders of nations will disappear and those who usurp land and lord over it will not be allowed to do so in future. At that time the countries seen today on the world map will no longer be seen. A World Nation will be born and even if borders are designed it will only be for easy transport, governance and wholesome industrialization.
This might appear impossible for those who think and hear all this. Why would America give up its land and why would Russia become lax with its friends? Why would China partition the land it owns? Why would oil producing countries share their production with others? There is a possibility that no one will voluntarily do all this. This is true especially the developed and advanced nations. Who listens to the voice of poor people there? Where do the poor have any power to enforce re-bordering the world? Today's circumstances show that change along the lines of what is being written here seems impossible. It is not necessary that what man thinks just now definitely will happen in future. In recent times tremendous changes have taken place as far as various nations' geographical, financial and intellectual condition is concerned. One will only be amazed on noting it. What is the difference seen after the 1st world war and 2nd world war? If one notes this from the standpoint of economic and politics a wondrous change has taken place in the world. They are so amazing that people at that time would not even have envisaged it. If one delves deep into the times of Hitler's rise and fall it will be clear that in that short time span a lot of changes took place in Europe which none had imagined previously.
Wars will be stopped hook line and sinker. For minor problems like atomic bombing be stopped and that chemical warfare comes to an end why should Divine Energies intervene? All this could have even been done by man's gross intellect. If today God intervenes so as to stop wars he will also have to see to it that their root cause which is borders between all nations be deleted once and for all. In future the earth's map will remain the same but in it those big small countries seen will no longer exist. Since long people have dreamt of a single world nation. People have so far only imagined about 'this world united peacefully as a family' but henceforth make no mistake this will actually be realized in the near future.
Amongst the powerful class there is only one and that is the backward class. This class from the standpoint of knowledge, means, experience and education lags behind. This class forms the majority in world society. Hence their say should mean a lot. Those who are wealthy and intelligent are small in number yet they are very powerful. Elderly people look after small children. From this standpoint so called elderly will have to think in a new way. They will have to look after the world public which although large in number is small as far as power is concerned. This is like elderly people looking after many children and rendering them capable. They will have to renounce the policy of benefitting from others' weakness.
Divine acts are called miracles. In very dark gloom one wonders from where it ushers in the hot ball of the sun. Since we daily view this it is not considered a miracle. Yet it is a miracle. One wonders from where clouds appear in the sky and one wonders how it pours as rain in jungles to render them lush green. This is very much mindboggling. If knives waved during a totally destructive war are withdrawn without it being fought then understanding should accept that the borders of various countries from the standpoint of cause and effect are very unnatural and least beneficial. Hence these borders must be wiped off eternally. This change will not take place from the standpoint of which class is more powerful and how much of flesh it digs up. In fact it will take place from the standpoint that ultimately all of mankind has to dwell on this very planet earth that too peacefully. He has to live for very long. If this is true then instead of chaos everyday it is best that we sit down so as to think in a serene manner and decide what is apt and what is not. Over here we must remember that not mere brawn but true wisdom will prevail.
Man will no longer be partitioned. He will not belong to one particular caste, sect etc. Similarly borders will not be created on the basis of who out of sheer muscle/money power has taken possession of a particular region. It is no point lamenting over past history. Ancient has to be neo created. When this earth was formed and mankind was born there was no country, caste, community, race etc to categorize it. Based on needs many could travel anywhere in the world without passport/visa etc. Wherever he found means useful for sustenance of life there he resided. Man's habit is to gather and not waste. Hence he created families, villages, towns etc. But today things are so problematic that we cannot live together and share things. Those who try to gather face envy and ultimately reap losses. Those who have more are more loved by God, he is more meritorious and of good fate; this alas does not hold true today.
Things are well nigh difficult. It is difficult to stop agitation. Those who believe that these difficulties shall be warded off must harbor one more faith that the world will be mapped newly and new world governance will come into being. This old body has become quite withered. It has been tattered. It will not be enough to sew it. It belongs to a very small world. It is not of 3 years but of 23 years. Hence it will have to be transformed in totality. We will force various government heads to think in a new way and stop all talks of waging wars. Steps taken in this direction must be withdrawn. Knives must return to their boxes. Along with this we will force great thinkers to realize that they proclaim today's world group as inapt and tell everyone that the old is dead and that in its place the new will be reinstated based on contemporary circumstances. One world-one nation will not just remain a principle. On its basis in fact programs will be designed and a single world, language, religion and culture will be born. Disparity based on caste, sects and wealth will end from its very roots. Whatever has to be done for this, will be done successfully by thinking and enterprising world leaders. Hence such upheaval will be seen in world thinking that what is lopsided will be straightened.
